The Russian Union of Grain Exporters expanded at the expense of new members — the following companies joined the association: Artis-Agro Export LLC, AgroLand LLC, Gemcorp Commodities Trading Rus LLC, Zerno-Trade LLC, and Mirogroup Resources LLC, reported the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture on November 6.
According to the Chairman of the Union, Eduard Zernin, the association is glad to welcome new members. The reporting companies play the significant role in the exports of Russian grain and competitive activity on foreign markets. Generally, in the current season all companies-members of the Union control more than 70% of the Russian grain exports.
As a reminder, the Union was founded in April 2019 by the largest Russian grain exporters — JSC Aston, Glencore Agriculture IGC LLC, United Grain Company-Yug LLC, and Trading house Reef LLC. The main goal of the Union is to promote grains and pulses of Russian origin, as well as its by-products, on international markets.
