For the first 9 months of 2019, Russia exported nearly 22.67 mln tonnes of wheat and meslin at the general sum of 4.62 bln USD. The supplies decreased by 30% on weight basis compared with the same period in 2018, and down 23.5% in monetary terms, declared the Federal Customs Service of Russia, on November 11.
Also, in the reporting period Russia exported 2.23 mln tonnes of sunflower oil at the sum of 1.57 bln USD (up 42.5% on weight basis, and up 30.8% in monetary terms).
In January-September, the export volumes of Russian mineral fertilizers totaled 24.95 mln tonnes at the sum of 6.28 bln USD. In particular, nitrogen fertilizers volumes totaled 10.51 mln tonnes (2.16 bln USD), potash fertilizers — 6.34 mln tonnes (1.64 bln USD), and compound fertilizers — 8.1 mln tonnes (2.48 bln USD).
